I'm a trusted thought partner to
leaders and executives.

For over a decade, I've worked alongside executives, helping them navigate complex decisions, competing priorities, and the challenge of turning ambitious ideas into action.

I believe great leaders need people around them who are willing to ask difficult questions.

I've worked everywhere from a NASDAQ-listed company to a historic public health institution to a pre-seed startup. Across these vastly different environments, I've learned that even the most accomplished leaders benefit from having someone in their corner who can help them think clearly and move forward with confidence.

Studying geography at UC Berkeley taught me to see the world through the lens of interconnected systems. I learned to look beyond the obvious explanations and ask deeper questions about power, incentives, and the relationships between people and institutions. That perspective continues to shape how I understand organizations and the people within them.

Trained in facilitation, I bring curiosity, careful observation, and a keen understanding of human dynamics to my work. I listen closely, ask pointed questions, and look for the patterns others might overlook. My goal is to help leaders make sense of complicated situations and move forward with greater clarity.

Let’s get to work.

Have a challenge you're working through or an idea you'd like to bring to life? I'd love to hear about it. Tell me a little about what you're working on, and we'll find a time to connect.
